Where The Pancakes Are

Pancakes, pancakes and more pancakes, this place serves up some of the best around. Ideal at any time of the day, savoury or sweet, make sure to head down to, Where The Pancakes Are.

After growing up in Holland and then living in California, spending many evenings at the local pancake house was what Patricia Trijbits held dear in her memories of good times shared with friends and family.

When settling in London she pined after the same experience, but couldn’t find anywhere that offered dishes that combined the time honoured art of making pancakes with modern food movements. This ignited the idea of Where The Pancakes Are and after multiple pop-ups, Patricia opened her first pancake restaurant in Flat Iron Square.

They have a superb all-day pancake menu with a range of savoury and sweet dishes, which are packed full with flavour. Two of the stand-out stacks I just love are the photo worthy Forest Berries with crushed pistachio meringue and their traditional English Breakfast pancakes. Also, if you have food sensitivities they do a superb alternative 3-1 batter, which is vegan and wheat-free.

Try out this sought-after start up and be amazed at how pancakes can be reinvented to taste so flipping good!
